Video Case Study: Lake Geneva Economic Development Corp., Lake Geneva, WI
Lake Geneva Economic Development Corp. (LGEDC) sought to release a direct mail campaign to Northern Illinois businesses inviting them to discover Lake Geneva as a relocation or expansion option for light industrial or professional services. Rather than have just a letter, Signalfire pitched creating a personal invitation from area business owners. The video was shot in one evening and involved several key members of the community. Signalfire wrote the script, provided location procurement, coordinated resources, and directed the filming. The end result was a mobile video accessible via QR code on the direct mailing. Reused by the Geneva Lake Area Chamber of Commerce and City of Lake Geneva, the video has been a tremendous success.
Signalfire brought a blend of creativity and technical know-how that is normally reserved for only the largest of budgets. Our team is able to bring this valuable medium into an affordable budget for small businesses and non-profit organizations.
